Powell Signs to Play Football at Concordia University

    Josh Powell, son of Dave and Theresa Powell of Kenesaw, signed a letter of intent to play football for Concordia University on Wednesday, February 3, at Kenesaw High School. Classmates and family members attended the ceremony. Concordia Coach Vance Winter said that Josh is a perfect fit for academics and football. He said that Josh is a "very good athlete and a very good student. We're excited to work with Josh for the next four years!"

    Josh is a four-year letter winner for the Kenesaw Blue Devil Football team. He also competed on the Kenesaw-Shelton wrestling team. Josh will graduate in May and continue his education at Concordia University in Seward.
