MEET THE SENIORS

Sharmayne Maryce Katzberg, daughter of Jerome and Susan Katzberg, spends her time after school working at the Animal Clinic in Hastings. She also enjoys spending time with her pets and family. The best part of Sharmayne's senior year is "knowing I am moving on with my life; however, its hard to know that I will be leaving my friends and family behind when I go to college."  Sharmayne plans to attend UNL where she hopes to major in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. Sharmayne lives by the quote, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to their purpose." (Romans 8:28) Sharmayne's favorite things things about high school are meeting new people and making new friends. Sharmayne says she will miss the small town hospitality the most after she graduates. "Thank you to my teachers, parents, family, and friends all of whom have helped me throughout the years, shaping who I am today."
