MEET THE SENIORS

Katie Lyn Finely is the daughter of Doug and Becky Harpham and Ross and Lisa Finley. After school, Katie spends her time working at Uncle Neal's in Kenesaw, hanging out with friends, playing volleyball, and watching her many TV shows. The best part of Katie's senior year is "being the oldest in school and planning for the future with my friends." The worst part is "knowing that life won't ever be this simple again." After high school Katie's plans are to attend UNO for two years to get her general studies done then transfer to the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Katie lives by the quote, "Enjoy every moment in life." Her Favorite things in high school are "having all my close friends in my classes and knowing all my teachers actually care about how I'm doing." When asked what Katie is going to miss the most about high school, she responds, "knowing everyone in the hallways, seeing close friends every day, and not having to pay for my education and all my stuff."
