Ground's Broken on New Gym/Track Construction

There have been some big changes north of the school as construction on the new gym began this month. A chain-link fence was erected around the entire work site, and new power poles were installed along the perimeter of the area. The dirt work is now completed, and the area has been staked for the new addition. They are now starting to work on relocating the electrical supply to the school. If weather cooperates, they plan to shut down power to the school over Christmas vacation and tie into the new electrical lines.
Although students and patrons may find the temporary parking relocation an inconvenience, most agree it will be well worth it when everything is finished. Check back for updates on the new gym and track construction.
