High School News: Senior Spotlights

MEET THE SENIORS

by Eli Sidders

February 04, 2010

Hanna Mae Uden, daughter of Larry and Cindy Uden, finds herself hard at work in practice every day after school. Hannah participates in volleyball, basketball, track, and the school play. Hannah believes the best part of her senior year is "learning probabilities in math class." The worst is "preparing for next year." Though Hannah isn't sure of the college she will attend; she had it narrowed down between Concordia University or UNK, looking to possibly become an art teacher. Hannah's favorite things about high school are the sports, art class, and getting to know everyone. She lives by the quote, "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." (Proverbs 17:22) Hannah is going to miss being on the team the most when she graduates high school.
